Code Of Conduct

Rules and policy's

1. Members who Leave TFS on bad terms/or are banned from the TFS Community will be permanently expelled and will not be able to return. Bad terms is defined as, but not limited to, violating any policy or leaving the TFS community with out telling anyone. The Majors, Colonel, and Generals have the authority to look over your case and reverse the ban.

2.If you leave the clan on good terms you can get back in with the approval of a Commander and Major over that clan.

3.Members of TFS are not allowed to be in any other organized gaming community/or clan. If a member leaves the clan to join another gaming community/or clan will be banned.

4. The TFS forums(www.forsakensouls.niceboard.net) are for the use and enjoyment of members in the TFS community only.If you leave or get banned from the TFS Community you account will be banned from the forums.

5. There is NO Swearing, discrimination, or any other improper use of the forums. If you violate this policy your account will be banned from the forums and you could even face removal from the TFS Community.

6.Members of the TFS Community are not allowed to appear offline or hidden from the community.This rule is so that if we have to contact you we can.

7. De-ranking is not allowed unless done in a full party that wants to de-rank with you.Intentional team killing is also not allowed unless in a party that all members agree to do so with.

8.Members Under that rank of Commander are not allowed to have more than one (1) gamertag in TFS at anyone time. Commander or any other members that have a reason to have more that one (1) tag in TFS need to get approval from their Major before incorporating into the TFS community.

9.Players should not be booted or forcibly removed from a party unless they first have been asked to leave and refused.

10. Members must be in uniform at all time.

11. Glitches may not be used to make scoring impossible for an opposing team.


Requirements

1.Recruits that are 17 and older can be brought in by Lieutenant, Recruits that are 16 years old have to go through an Commander, Recruits that are 15 years old have to go through a Major, and a Recruit below 15 years old have to go through a General.

2. It is required that Recruits join the forums (www.forsakensouls.niceboard.net) as part of requirement for the Private promotion.

Regulations

1.TF tags are allowed to members of Corporal or lower with approval of your Commander and Major. TFS tags are allowed to Sergeants and up with approval by their Commander and Major.

2.Transfer between TFS clans must be approved by at least one (1) Commander and One (1) Major from both clans.

3. Members may be removed for inactivity if their tag has been inactive for longer that one(1) month and they have made little or no attempt to contact the clan or explain their continuing absence. Also a member can be removed from the clan if they do not play with the clan and its members. If a member is removed for inactivity, a Lieutenant Or Commander will send the member a friend request explaining the removal and the member can be brought back into the clan by a Lieutenant or up when they become active again.


Respect

The Forsaken Souls maintains a standard of respect among its members. Violations of this policy are considered among the most severe in TFS. This includes, but is not limited to, the following Trash-talking unless provoked, Disrespectful gestures, Harassment, Racism, Sexism, Discrimination, annoying a party by Screaming,Threats or aggressively foul language.

Member poaching, clan hitting or any other destructive act directed toward the community is strictly prohibited.
